We ship only within South Africa. All orders are shipped from South Africa using Aramex. Please read the information below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1) Processing and dispatch times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received (excluding weekends and South African public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

If there is any unexpected delay (stock checks, courier disruptions, etc.), we’ll contact you by email or WhatsApp.
2) Shipping method and delivery times
All orders are shipped door-to-door with Aramex.
Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, etc.):

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Outlying / remote areas:

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
These timeframes are courier estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, peak season, strikes, service disruptions, etc.).
3) Shipping costs
Within South Africa we offer:

R89 flat-rate shipping on orders under R1000
-
FREE shipping on orders R1000 and above
Shipping will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Remote area surcharges:
In rare cases, if your address is classified as extremely remote and Aramex applies a surcharge, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional cost. If you do not want to proceed with the extra charge, you may cancel the order for a full refund before shipment.
4) Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive:

An email with your Aramex tracking number, and
-
A tracking link so you can follow your parcel online.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
5) Delivery address and failed deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes — a physical street address is required.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may charge R89 to resend it (or the current courier rate at that time).
6) Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the outer box and the product.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
If your parcel appears lost:

Check the Aramex tracking link for updates.

If there is no movement for several days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with Aramex.

If Aramex confirms the parcel is lost, we will replace your order or refund you, depending on stock availability and your preference.
